Since 1996, The Barn has played host to weddings, family reunions, anniversary parties and many other special events.

Barn Accommodations and 2017 Rental Rates

Weekend Rental (excluding College & University events)

  • The Barn is rented at $2,750.00 and is available to you for the weekend of your event. This allows for your set-up and preparation on Friday, your event on Saturday and departure by noon on Sunday. You have total access to The Barn for the weekend. Many wedding guests use The Barn for their rehearsal dinner and ceremony at no additional cost. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Single Day Rental (excluding College & University events)

  • The Barn is available for a single day Sunday afternoon/evening rate of $1,750.00. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Single Day Rental for College & University events

  • Any college or university related event is scheduled for four hours at a rate of $2500.00. There is a $500.00 security deposit which is returned following your event providing there are no damages. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

To reserve a date for any type of event, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Please note that these rates are for 2017 only.

Catering

Guests at The Barn have the option of providing food for their event in any manner that they would like. You are welcome to use any caterer that you wish for your event. Caterers have full access to The Barn kitchen to use as needed. In an effort to help with the process of choosing, a list of caterers that have provided service at The Barn is available.

Bar Service

Guests using The Barn have two options for bar service:

  1. The first option is bar service through a caterer or other vendor that possesses a valid NYS Liquor License. In this case, guests have the option of providing a cash or open bar for their event.
  2. Guests have a second option of stocking the bar with beverages that they purchase and providing a bartender to serve. An event at The Barn is considered a private event on private property in which alcohol can be served but not sold in this manner.
