The staff at The Barn is committed to making your event as unique as you are, with possibilities ranging from formal served dinners to barbecues outside on the lawn. There is never more than one event at a time, so our staff will be dedicated to attending to your every need on your special day.
Sited on over a half acre, The Barn accommodates up to 150 guests. We offer seating on two levels, a bar, dance floor and an outdoor deck. Availability is seasonal from May through October. Please call to schedule a meeting with us. We would be happy to show you The Barn and explain all the details of our package.

Barn Accommodations and Rental Rates
Weekend Rental (excluding College & University events)

The Barn is rented at $2,000.00 and is available to you for the weekend of your event. This allows for set-up and preparation the day prior, your event the day of and your departure by 1PM the day following your event. You have total access to The Barn for the weekend. Many wedding guests use The Barn for their rehearsal dinner and ceremony at no additional cost. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.
Single Day Rental for College & University events

Any college or university related event is scheduled for three hours at a rate of $3000.00. There is a $500.00 security deposit which is returned following your event providing there are no damages. To reserve a date, a non-refundable $750.00 deposit is required along with your completed contract.

Catering
You are welcome to use any caterer that you wish for your event. Caterers have full access to The Barn kitchen to use as needed. In an effort to help with the process of choosing, a list of caterers that have provided service at The Barn is available.
Bar Service
Guests have the option of stocking the bar with beverages that they purchase and providing a server.
FAQ
Alcohol Service
Alcohol is permitted for your event. It may be provided by your caterer with a valid NYS Liquor License or you have the option of providing what you would like to serve.
Bathrooms
Both a men’s and ladies room is located in The Barn. They are stocked with paper towels, toilet paper and tissues at no extra charge.
Decorations
Decorations may be used and then removed following your event. There are ladders available at The Barn that you are welcome to use if needed to help with decorating.
Floor Plans
Floor plans as well as dimensions are available for The Barn and ceremony area.
Lighting and Candles
We have 5 permanent chandeliers and additional lighting wrapped around beams in The Barn. There is ample lighting on the porch and parking area.
Candles may be used in The Barn.
Parking
There is ample parking on a large lawn next to The Barn.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in The Barn. You are welcome to smoke on the porch or outside of The Barn. Ashtrays are provided.
Tables and Chairs
Tables and Chairs are available at no additional charge for your event.
Tents and Rentals
You are welcome to rent a tent to be used for your event at The Barn.
There are several rental companies in the area for items such as linen, table settings, etc. if needed. These companies will drop your rentals off at The Barn prior to your event and pick them up following your event.
Trash
There are several trash cans and liners available to be used for your event. I deal with the disposal of all trash, recyclables and returnables at no additional charge.
Vendor List
There is an extensive list of wedding vendors that have done a great job in the past at The Barn. I am happy to provide a list of possible caterers, florists, DJ’s etc. This is a list of suggested vendors. You are welcome to use any vendor that you wish.
